MDL is committed to indigenise equipment and systems on our warships& submarines, in pursuance of the Government’s “AtmaNirbhar Bharat” and “Make in India” campaigns.
We intend to increase the quantum of indigenised components on our warships and submarines in order to give an impetus to the Government of India’s “AtmaNirbhar Bharat” and “Make in India” campaigns. In the past, we used to import engineering and weapon equipment and systems for warships & submarines built in India.Importing such equipment and systems resulted in increased costs and dependence on foreign OEMs.
MDL has state-of-the-art tugs with vast experience in towing operations
MDL owns two no’s of 25T Bollard Pull ASD tugs which are capable of operating within IV limits of Mumbai and can hire on turn-key basis to provide safe and high quality service.
MDL is capable of supplying goods (both raw material and finished products) within India and abroad.
MDL has large vendor base and collaborations with suppliers across multi-tier global network in order to supply standard as well as customized products to customer specifications.
MDL has exported goods to various customers across the globe in the recent past and is conversant with the commercial procedures for export.
